Multimedia Messaging
The application of MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) has strong benefits for businesses wanting to generate an additional revenue stream by offering content beyond standard SMS text. MessageNet’s MMS gateway enables users to send multimedia content such as photos, logos, images or videos to customers via MMS. To send an MMS via email, simply create a new email and address it to: mobile number.mms@messagenet.com.au Attach the content (up to 100Kb) to the email and click 'send'.
MMS Warehouse
The MMS Warehouse is a portal for registered users to purchase “buzz codes” which are then assigned to each individual content item. To order the content, customers simply send an SMS with the “buzz code” to a specified premium number (6 or 8 digit number). The content item is then retrieved from the associated URL and sent to the phone via MMS.
